Enjoyed the notion that women can harness their apparent and perceived short comings to work life out to their own satisfaction ultimately. However I felt it was a bit under-powered and parochial. She could have given more bite to the modern lead character exploring the apparent dis-service history has done to Anne of Cleves. But it was interesting to think a bit more about the historical evidence that can blow a myth away.
Now reading a Swedish translation - part ghost story, part crime, part lost souls - The Darkest Room by Johan Theorin. It's in a typically Swedish bleak landscape/seascape. Ingmar Bergman rules! Do you know I've never read or seen a Swedish comedy - except ABBA.
